College Statement on Flying the European Flag

Read the College statement on why we are flying the European Flag alongside the Union Flag today.

"King's is an international and diverse College, in its people, its global outlook and the strength of its partnerships. In particular, there are many EU nationals among its Fellows, staff and students, all of whom make invaluable contributions to our community. We readily understand that the uncertain situation in which the country presently finds itself is for them a cause of great anxiety. We are flying the European flag alongside the Union flag today as a symbol of our continuing support for the rights of our EU Fellows, staff and students, and to show how highly we value their contribution to the life of the College."
