King's College

We look forward to welcoming King's Entrepreneurs back to King's.

Arrival to King’s

Entrance to the College will be possible through the front gate on King’s Parade. When you arrive, ring the bell and a member of College staff will come and greet you. Please make your way to the Provost’s Lodge, which is accessed via Webb’s Court. The reception will start at 6.30pm.

On arrival to King’s you may be asked to present your King’s Member ID card. If you need a replacement King’s Member ID card, you can request one by emailing enterprise@kings.cam.ac.uk .

Cloakroom

There is a cloakroom inside of the Provost’s Lodge. Guests are advised to keep any valuables with them at all times. Please ensure you collect your coat when you leave the Provost’s Lodge as the space will not be accessible after the dinner.

Photographs

As at all King's events, we sometimes choose to take photographs of the event and of the guests at it. King's may decide to reproduce the photographs following the event for inclusion on the website or on Facebook. The College may also include images in the King's Parade magazine or e-news. Please let us know in advance of the event if you would prefer not to be photographed.

Departure from King’s College

Once the reception concludes, the entrepreneurial group will depart from King’s College through the Front Gate, walking down Trinity Street to St John’s College, where the dinner will be held. We estimate the walk to take 5 – 10 minutes.

Arrival to St John's College

Please arrive to St John’s for dinner commencing at 7.45pm via the Forecourt Lodge, situated off Bridge Street. There may be a few cobbles to negotiate, but it is accessible. Once inside, please make your way to the Hall, where dinner will be served. The St John’s Porters will be on hand, should you need assistance.
