It's been a busy summer for Raina, Eddie, Louis, Elizabeth and Anmona. They are some of the 35 undergraduates who have taken part in this year's Summer Research Programme, aimed at providing students in the early years of their degree the chance to gain hands-on research experience across both the sciences and the arts and humanities by working with King's Fellows and College Research Associates on focused research projects over the summer vacation.
Raina says: "I am so grateful to be working at the Kozik Lab, at the @mrc_lmb,
under the guidance of Patrycja Krawczyk on cross-presentation in dendritic cells. Pati has been such an amazing mentor, introducing me to a career in research and teaching me various lab techniques I can utilise in the future."
We're looking forward to hearing more about their projects at the Research Showcase event in October.
