Procession for Advent 2025

King's College Non-Resident Members (alumni) are warmly invited to register to attend the Procession for Advent service which will be held in King’s College Chapel on Sunday, 30 November 2025 at 6.00pm.

You may request a ticket for yourself and one guest (subject to availability).

Please be aware that alumni seats will be in the Ante-Chapel and East End, but unlike a normal Evensong service the Choir will process and sing throughout the Chapel.

Please note that this ticket system is for King's College alumni only. College Fellows, staff and students will be contacted directly by the Dean's Office with instructions for requesting tickets.

Other Information

• Guests attending Procession for Advent will need to collect their physical ticket(s) from the Porters' Lodge in advance of the service. Your ticket (indicating your seat location) is required for entry to the Chapel. 

• Please arrive in plenty of time before the service. Doors open at 5.15pm on 30 November and guests are asked to be seated in the Chapel by 5.45pm. Late entry will not be permitted.

• The service will conclude at around 7.15pm.

• Please commit to attending for the whole service when you book. There is no convenient opportunity to leave once it has started.

• Photography, videography and audio recording are strictly forbidden during the service.

• College parking is not offered as part of this event. Please make use of the city public transport and car parks.
