On behalf of the Provost and Fellows of King’s College, the Development Office is delighted to invite Members from the classes of 2006, 2001, and 1996 to the College on Saturday, 29 March to celebrate their 20th, 25th and 30th Anniversary since matriculation.

Members from 2005, 2007, 2000, 2002, 1995, and 1997 are also invited to join the celebrations. 

Programme


The Reunion will begin with a choice of two College Walking Tours, departing at 3.45pm. A Chapel Tour led by Life Fellow in English and Keeper of the College Collections, Nicolette Zeeman, and a College Gardens Tour with Head Gardener, Steven Coghill. The Gardens Tour is very family friendly and will include an Easter Egg Hunt for children in the Fellows' Garden. Following the tours guests are invited to gather for Afternoon Refreshments. The evening activities will begin with a Drinks Reception at 6.15pm, followed by Dinner.

Accommodation & Parking


We are unable to offer accommodation in King's on 28 March, but for those wishing to stay overnight as part of the Reunion, we can offer single or double ensuite rooms at the nearby Harvey Court Building (Gonville & Caius College) on West Road, which is located opposite the King's Garden Hostel car park. Single rooms cost £92.00 per night and double rooms cost £115.00 per night. Breakfast (served from 7.30am - 9.30am) is included. You will be able to check-in at their West Road Porters Lodge from 3pm. If you’re arriving earlier, their luggage store is available - you can drop off your bags and check-in to your room later in the day. 

A limited amount of parking will be available in College on the 28 March. 

The deadline to register is Sunday, 15 March. Please note that places at this event are limited and registration may close early if capacity is reached.

Guests

This event is open to alumni who matriculated in 2006, 2001 and 1996. Members from the supporting classes 2005, 2007, 2000, 2002, 1995 and 1997 are also invited to join the celebrations.

Dress Code

The dress code for the afternoon is casual, and the suggested dress code for the evening drinks reception and dinner is smart evening attire. Lounge suits, cocktail dress, or equivalent are appropriate. Gowns are not required.

Accommodation

Ensuite rooms at Gonville & Caius College are available to book when registering.

Parking

A limited number of parking spaces will be available in the King's College car parks, located off of West Road. Please indicate when registering whether you will need parking.
