Undergraduate Study

Each year, King's College admits between 130-135 undergraduates from a range of all the subjects offered at the University of Cambridge except Education, Land Economy and Veterinary Medicine. Overall, we are a medium-sized College housing around 430 undergraduates across all years.

The students at King's form a diverse, tolerant and informal community with students from many different educational, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. We actively encourage all prospective students regardless of their backgrounds to consider Cambridge and to think about applying here. When considering an application we are looking for academic promise and potential. All candidates are considered on an individual basis where we are careful to interpret their application in light of their personal and educational background.

You can find information about the application process, dates and deadlines, and other useful resources when it comes to admissions at King's in the pre-application pack and the pages linked below. Should you not be able to find the answer to your questions in these pages or, if they leave you wanting to find out more about life at King's, we would be more than happy for you to get in touch with us directly at: undergraduate.admissions@kings.cam.ac.uk
