Members' Afternoon Tea 2026
King’s College looks forward to welcoming back alumni and their guests to the Members’ Afternoon Tea on Saturday, 27 June. This is an informal family friendly event for all alumni and children are very welcome to attend.
Ahead of the event, we encourage all guests to view the logistics document.
The programme starts at 2.00pm in the Provost's Lodge Garden, where we will be offering an Afternoon Tea buffet with sandwiches, assorted cakes and scones. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be served. There will also be a bar offering a selection of alcoholic beverages for purchase. Once you have collected your food, you are invited to relax in the surroundings, mingle with other King’s Members and enjoy the live jazz band.
There will be a selection of garden games, a scavenger hunt, and face painting available for children attending the event.
At 4.00pm, you will have the option of joining a Gardens Tour.

Dress Code
The suggested dress code is casual.
Parking
All parking permits for this event have now been allocated. For those who requested a permit, this is included within the final details email.
