King’s College is delighted to invite alumni and their guests to the Members’ Afternoon Tea on Saturday, 27 June. This is an informal family friendly event for all alumni and children are very welcome to attend. 

The programme starts at 2.00pm in the Provost's Lodge Garden, where we will be offering an Afternoon Tea buffet with sandwiches, assorted cakes and scones. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be served. There will also be a bar offering a selection of alcoholic beverages for purchase. Once you have collected your food, you are invited to relax in the surroundings, mingle with other King’s Members and enjoy the live jazz band.

There will be a selection of garden games, a scavenger hunt, and face painting available for children attending the event.

At 4.00pm, you will have the option of joining a Gardens Tour with Head Gardener, Steve Coghill.

The cost to attend is £18.00 per person (£9 for children aged 5 - 12 and free for children aged 0 - 4).

The deadline to register is Sunday, 14 June. Please note that this event is very popular and registration is likely to close early once capacity is reached.

Cost

The cost to attend is £18 per person (£9 for children aged 5 - 12 and free for children aged 0 - 4). 

Guests

This event is open to all King's alumni and their families. Please note due to the popularity of this event tickets are limited to 4 adults plus children, to allow the maximum number of Members with their families to attend.

Dress Code

The suggested dress code is casual.

Parking

A limited number of parking spaces will be available in the King's College car parks, located off of West Road. Please indicate when registering whether you will need parking.
