The Quantedge – Cambridge Masters Scholarship (Singapore)
The Quantedge-Cambridge Masters Scholarship (Singapore) was established by the Quantedge Foundation; which is a philanthropic foundation based in Singapore.
Eligibility criteria - The Studentship is available annually to support a financially-disadvantaged student of Singaporean nationality, who meets the following criteria:
1. Recipient must be residing, when at home in Singapore, in a Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat.
2. Recipient and immediate family members staying with the Recipient in the same household must not own any private property in Singapore.
3. Recipient must be able to demonstrate either one of the following:
a. Genuine financial need with a monthly per capita income (“PCI”) of S$2,250 and below. This is computed by dividing the monthly gross household income by the number of family members living in the same household.
b. Success against adversity, such as by vulnerable socio-economic background, through disability, bereavement, or through being a first-generation undergraduate university student.

Costs
The Studentship is intended to fully cover the University Composition Fee and the recommended Maintenance costs, for one student.
The Studentship will also cover the cost of the student visa and immigration health surcharge.

How to Apply
The information shown below is for students who will be applying to commence studies in 2026/27:
1. Apply to the University of Cambridge to study your chosen course: https://www.postgraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/application-process
We advise you to apply to the University as soon as possible. You are not required to specify King's College on your admissions application, but you must be willing to transfer to King's.
2. During your course application process, please indicate that you wish to apply for funding.
3. If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please then email: graduate.admissions@kings.cam.ac.uk requesting more information on how to apply for this studentship. You will be sent a link to upload detailed financial information to be assessed by the Quantedge Foundation. This detailed information will not be visible to the College or anyone at the University.

Studentship Feedback
Towards the end of their time in Cambridge, the holder of the Studentship will be expected to submit a brief report on their academic work, describe their experience at King's, and indicate their intentions for the future.
