Throughout the year, especially in Full Term, the Art Rooms may host exhibitions, installations and other visual art events. These are organised by invited artists and by Members of College. They can range across many facets of art and design and might equally include traditional shows of drawing and painting or innovative expressions of contemporary art and design practices. The Rooms particularly welcome shows of art by King's students or art events and exhibitions curated by King's students.
Information about visiting the Art Rooms
The Art Rooms are at the top of Staircase A; turn left through the door just before the entrance to the College bar. Please note there is no lift access. If the Art Room main door is closed, please ask at the Porter’s Lodge. Please bear in mind this is not a public gallery or a fully managed exhibition space and the Rooms are used for a variety of activities.
