Entry to King’s with Your Lottery Ticket
For two days only—14 and 15 December 2017—you will be able to get free entry to King’s College’s magnificent Chapel, beautiful College Library and stroll around those parts of the grounds which are open to the public by showing a valid National Lottery Ticket.
King’s Library is currently in receipt of a grant of £44k from the Heritage Lottery Fund to work on a collection of its rare books and King’s is taking part in a national campaign which has been organised to say thank you to players of the National Lottery for the support that they have given to heritage. During the two days there will be a small exhibition in our early nineteenth-century Library showing some of the rare book treasures which are being worked on thanks to our HLF funding.
Our event is one of many taking place during the week of 11-17 December across in the country. Details of the full programme are available here. Full terms and conditions about our event are to be found below, and further details about planning your visit to King’s for this event are available on the College’s website.
We look forward to seeing you!
