The studentship provides funding for a three- to four- year course of study in the field of Spanish Art and Literature, and covers both composition fees and maintenance costs.
In a pilot initiative to enhance the Cambridge Bursary Scheme (CBS), students from low and middle-income households starting undergraduate courses in October 2018 will receive additional support.
Pioneering art historian John Bernard Bury (born 1917) passed away on 18th January 2017, at Wimbledon, aged 99. John studied at Balliol College, Oxford, where he read modern history (1935-38).
