The Easter at King's festival this year runs from 3 to 9 April and includes a special series of concerts, talks and choral services.
Highlights include Bach's 'St Matthew Passion' (3 April), MacMillan's 'Seven Last Words from the Cross' (6 April) and Elgar's 'The Apostles' (7 April). The Macmillan concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 and the Elgar concert will be recorded by Radio 3 and broadcast at a later date.
There will also be a talk on the St Matthew Passion, an exhibition inspired by Messiaen's 'Visions de L’Amen', a poetry reading and a special Eastertide organ recital. For details see Easter at King's, or download the programme.
BBC Two will also be broadcasting Easter from King's, a televised service recorded in the Chapel, over the Easter weekend. The date of the broadcast is still to be confirmed.
