Art Centre shows paintings by Emily Kirby

An exhibition of paintings by Zambian-born artist Emily Kirby opens at the King's Art Centre on 6 March.
Emily paints with acrylics on canvas and linen, and the fast-drying acrylics force her to work quickly and freely. She is fascinated with how to portray people and her paintings take a colourful and energetic approach to portraiture.
The exhibition is called 'All the Colours' and runs until 19 March. Entry is free. For details see the Exhibitions page.
