KCMS announce May Week concert

King's College Music Society (KCMS) is holding its May Week concert on 14 June. The KCMS Orchestra will be joined by King’s College Choir and the college's mixed voice choir, King’s Voices, to play a varied programme including:

  • Concerto for Organ, Timpani and Strings - Poulenc
  • Double Concerto for Oboe and Violin - Bach
  • Serenade to Music - Vaughan Williams
  • Spirituals - Tippett

The concert will showpiece some of the college's most outstanding musical talent, including students who are conductors, musicians and composers.

You can buy ticket from The Shop at King’s, King's Parade, Cambridge (01223 769340). Tickets cost £16 (£12 concessions), students £8, King’s members £5. The concert starts in the Chapel at 7pm.
