For smaller intimate drinks and canapé receptions the Saltmarsh rooms overlooking the Chapel, Front Court and Webb's Court, and the Beves Room overlooking Webb's court, the Provost's Lodge and the Library are perfect. Located in the private part of the College, they provide a secluded setting for gatherings of up to 80 guests.
For larger summer receptions, the Back Lawn provides the ultimate location. Where else could you entertain guests with a fifteenth-century Chapel as a back drop? The outdoor potential of King's as a venue is just as exciting as what the guests can be offered indoors.
For larger winter receptions, the magnificent Hall with portraits of former King's Provosts gazing down from oak-panelled walls provide a dramatic location for warming drinks and canapes receptions.
Both the Back Lawn (without the need for a marquee) and Hall can accommodate up to 400 guests.
