If you're looking for meeting rooms with outstanding views of the Chapel, Front Court and Webb's court the three interconnecting Saltmarsh Rooms provide you with the ultimate setting. The Dining Room will hold up to 40 delegates theatre style or boardroom style for 20 delegates with the use of the Reception Room and Study for well earned refreshments.
The recently refurbished Beves Room is ideal for meetings of up to 65 delegates. It is a lovely light room overlooking the private Provost's Lodge, Webb's Court and the Library. The Beves is versatile offering an array of set ups including cabaret for 35 delegates and U-shaped for 30 delegates. The Beves has air-conditioning keeping your delegates cool in the summer but also has access to the terrace in the warmer months.
The minimum number for both the Saltmarsh Rooms and the Beves is 10 delegates.
For larger meetings, the Keynes Lecture Theatre and adjoining Chetwynd Room provides a more modern location yet with views over the historic King's Parade and the Chetwynd Court.
Let your delegates pace corridors once trod by our numerous famous alumni such as John Maynard Keynes, the influential and celebrated economist, after whom the lecture theatre is named. The Lecture Theatre can hold up to 157 delegates theatre style with the use of the Chetwynd Room for refreshments. The minimum number for the Keynes Lecture Theatre is 80 delegates.
