Last week we were delighted to welcome back model, author and activist Lily Cole (KC 2008) as part of our King's Entrepreneurship Lab Speaker Series.🗨️
Lily spoke to Provost Gillian Tett about how her young career in fashion led her to investigating business practices and campaigning for system change.

🔬 How do embryos develop?
Cambridge's Professor Azim Surani from @gurdoninstitute has spent his entire career trying to understand early mammalian development.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of his discovery of genomic imprinting - the process in which specific genes are tagged, turning them on or off at the very earliest stage of life.
His discovery holds wide-ranging potential, from treating human disease, reversing ageing, and even saving endangered species.
