Six postgraduate students at King's are benefiting from a generous gift from EFG International.🎇 The awards support those from underrepresented groups studying for a one-year postgraduate degree, and aim to foster entrepreneurial talent. Preference is given to those studying subjects that may pave the way towards a career in the financial industry. The Quantedge-Cambridge Refugee Scholarship is providing two more talented students coming from areas of conflict with the opportunity to pursue an MPhil at King’s. ‍🎓 Nazdar, from Turkey, and Aaron, from Bangladesh. joined King's in October to study for their one-year MPhils in Economics and Modern South Asian Studies respectively. Both want to use their time at King’s and their own experiences to help create change and develop a greater understanding of the economic and social realities that drive global inequalities.
