Assistant Shop Manager
We are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to work in our shop on King’s Parade (called King’s College Visitor Centre), opposite the main entrance to the College. The main purpose of the role is to maximise retail potential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, cash handling experience and a confident manner on the telephone.
You should have good interpersonal skills along with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Ideally you will be educated to GCSE level with a good level of numeracy and the ability to adopt new IT systems.
The ability to work under pressure with attention to detail is important, and previous key-holder and health and safety experience is desirable.
