Finance

King's has the same tuition fees as other Cambridge Colleges. Students at King's also have access to generous financial support. See the following pages:
Fee status
It will be important whether you will qualify as a UK, EU or overseas student for fee purposes as this will affect the costs and financial support available to you.
Before you apply
King's does not confirm fee status until after offers have been made. If you would like information about fee status before you apply, details can be found on the UKCISA website.
If you are a UK or EU student, student loan companies also provide details of eligibility for support:
- Student Finance England (see particularly the eligibility details)
- Student Awards Agency for Scotland (see eligibility details)
- Student Finance Wales (see particularly the eligibility details)
- Student Finance Northern Ireland
- Student Finances Service European Team (see eligibility details)
After you receive an offer
King's sends detailed information about finance with offer letters explaining the costs and financial support available, and what you need to do.
Eligible UK and EU students normally apply to the relevant student finance company (see links above). The company sends a confirmation document showing the support you are eligible for and you will be asked to send a copy to King's.
Overseas students will be required to provide full documentation that shows you have sufficient funds for the duration of your course, when requested.
