The Provost, Professor Michael Proctor, together with members of the Development Office, look forward to welcoming Members and their guests at The Botanist, Broadgate Circle, London on Wednesday, 30th October 2019 for our annual drinks and canapé reception from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
The reception will be held in the Soda Room, a private event space in The Botanist. Please note that the Soda Room is downstairs with no lift access. If you are interested in dining at The Botanist before or following the event, please contact the Botanist restaurant directly.
Upon arrival in the Soda room guests will be welcomed with prosecco and given three drinks vouchers to be redeemed at the private bar (between 6-9pm).
At 9.00pm the King's event will officially end, but King's Members and guests are welcome to remain in the Soda Room until 10.00pm. After 10.00pm guests wishing to continue the evening will be invited to go upstairs to the main bar in The Botanist.
