The Hall
The Hall is a magnificent setting for awards ceremonies. With plenty of space to house a stage, large screen and lighting arrangements it makes an impressive backdrop for your special event. Suitable for a dinner up to 312 this beautiful space can be converted into a sumptuous dining hall for your guests.
All prices are excluding VAT and valid until 31 December 2013.

Keynes Hall
Named after the economist John Maynard Keynes, this modern purpose-built lecture theatre houses an LCD projector, screen, sound system and raised stage. It is particularly suitable for lectures, seminars and debates and will comfortably seat 157 people.

Chetwynd Room
Adjoining the Keynes Hall is the Chetwynd Room, a classically designed seminar room suitable for trade exhibitions, meetings, refreshment area or as a break-out room to the lecture theatre.

Beves Room
A relatively recent addition to the College, the Beves Room is a lovely light, bright room with views onto the Library and Webb's Court. It makes an ideal venue for conferences, meetings, drinks receptions, break out room and formal dinners. During the warmer months it has access to the courtyard for your refreshment breaks.

Keynes Seminar Rooms
Completed in 2009, the two Keynes Seminar Rooms are a new addition to the College. They are fully equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and are suitable for smaller meetings and break out or discussion rooms.

Seminar and break-out rooms
Apart from the rooms above, a number of seminar and discussion rooms are also available throughout the College. All rooms accommodate around 12 people. Ask the Conference and Dining Office for more details (phone: 01223 331410; email: conferences@kings.cam.ac.uk).
Saltmarsh Rooms
This suite of three delightful interconnecting rooms have been restored to their original splendour. They are suitable for board meetings, drinks receptions, buffets and breakout rooms. The Saltmarsh Rooms can either be hired for exclusive use or as three individual rooms.
